Gary Fields and Travis Loller for the Associated Press report that a federal judge yesterday questioned whether U.S. government officials could be trusted to follow orders barring them from taking Kilmar Abrego Garcia into immigration custody or deporting him.

U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis noted that Abrego Garcia was already wrongfully deported  once and said she was “growing beyond impatient” with government misrepresentations.

Courthouse News reports on the latest developments in Abrego Garcia's case.
