DACA Recipients With No Criminal Records Deported

85 Deferred Action to Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients with no criminal records that have been deported since Trump started his second term, according to a report from the San Antonio Express-News (registration required). Federal records show that 658 DACA recipients and applicants have been held in custody between January 2025 and May 2026, as the federal government steps up its attack on the 14-year-old program.
