Immigrant rights groups announced the launch of Detentionhelp.org to assist immigrants with filing habeas petitions without a lawyer. (📄NIPNLG) "DetentionHelp is a free tool for people in immigration detention, built by trusted nonprofits. It helps you ask a federal court to release you — without a lawyer. You'll answer questions and receive a ready-to-file legal packet called a habeas petition."
