GOP Latina congresswoman says Trump immigration enforcement has gone too far

Republican Representative Maria Elvira Salazar (R-FL) warned President Trump in a campaign ad that some of his immigration enforcement operations have "gone too far" and warns him that Hispanic voters who voted for him in 2024 "feel betrayed."

Salazar has been critical of the president's deportation campaign. Her message on immigration shows a GOP candidate distancing herself from the president shortly before the midterm elections.
