As Kevin noted earlier, there were rumblings that Noem might be losing her DHS position. It's now official. Sen. Markwayne Mullin from Oklahoma is in. The official takeover date is March 31. Mullin will be the only member of President Trump's cabinet who does not have a bachelor's degree. Though, as President Trump reported in his announcement of the change, Mullin is "A MAGA Warrior, and former undefeated professional MMA fighter."
