NPR: She raised concerns about her company's contracts with ICE. Then she lost her job

NPR reports that, after two decades with the company, Billie Little lost her job for challenging Thomson Reuters’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement contracts. Little and other colleagues had grown alarmed that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents could be abusing Thomson Reuters' investigative tools. Shortly after this effort became public, Thomson Reuters fired Little."

Little is suing the company, claiming that her dismissal violated an Oregon law that prohibits employers from firing whistleblowers.
