There's no explanation attached to this post from DTJ on Truth Social:

I'll be honest, I was still confused. But doing a bit more digging, I found this article from the NY Post. Short version: Biden admitted 300K unaccompanied minors and lost them. Border Tsar Homan announced that his team has found 62k kids who were "saved from evil conditions, including sex trafficking and forced labor".

I'm assuming they'll now be deported?
